All styles of special events benefit from the natural setting Hill’s Resort offers. Our Events Specialist will be happy to provide information via email using the form below, or a personal phone call.

During the months of July and August, Hill’s can provide a private setting for dinner parties and anniversaries, or meeting room services. However, nightly cabin rentals are not available from mid-July through mid-August.

A Boy, a Lake and a DreamAs a child in the 1920s and early ’30s, George William Hill spent his summers at a family cabin on the wilderness shores of Priest Lake, Idaho. At the foot of the Selkirk Mountains, George developed a love for the area and what it has to offer.

World War II found George serving in the U.S. Navy. Upon his return to Spokane, he decided that city life was not for him and he journeyed back to Priest Lake and began the Hill's Resort legacy. In 1954, George married a wom…

Hill’s celebrated its 75th year as a family owned and operated business in 2021. Established in 1946, George Hill created, along with his wife and three children, a place for families to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and reconnect to each other and to nature.
